Handmade High carbon Santoku, 1095 blade.  Heat treated to a RC of 59/60. Full flats grind with convex blended profile. Full tang.

OAL 12 7/8 inches, 328 mm

Blade, 8+inches, 210mm heel to tip.  46mm heel height, 2.5mm thick at the spine above the heel. tapering to the tip. Forced patina on the blade.  Contoured choil and spine.

Beautiful Stabilized curly Koa handles with stainless hardware.and nickle silver, stainless and copper mosaic pin. Highly contoured and very comfortable western style handle, Full tang construction.

Here is one of our new patterns we call REVERB!!   It make amazing looking blades!! This is a super crazy pattern with extra tight W patterning.  The detail is hard to really se in some of the pics.. But its TIGHT! and the name is very fitting for this cool pattern.

Size.  9″ X 1 3/8″ X .160″ just under 3/16″ Top billet in pic with both of these Reverb billets.

All HHH damascus is 1095 and 15n20 steel unless otherwise stated.  These are made by Randy Jr. and are pattern welded damascus steel. Billets have been annealed and precision ground then lightly etched to show  pattern for pics. Sizes are always to the smallest possible measurement. so if a billet is 1 1/2 inch wide at its narrowest place that will be what I post it as. even if it tapers to 1 3/4 on one end.. Often I will note any dramatic differences. please review photos as well. .  Measurements are in inches.

Our steel is Guaranteed, If there’s a problem we will make it right, By replacing it with similar piece.. Were human and damascus by nature can sometimes have issues that are unseen until you grind into it.. Its unrealistic to think that this will never happen.In the event that you ever have a problem with a piece of our steel.
