Here at HHH we stand behind the knives we make, and customer satisfaction is part of the job, not an afterthought. If you EVER have a problem with your knife, and it is a flaw in the materials or workmanship, I will repair or replace it. For as long as I’m making knives!
Natural handle materials, do not apply, due to the nature of these materials. Woods, fossils, ivory, bone or horn… These materials are by nature affected by moisture, heat, humidity changes, etc.
Neglect or abuse does not apply, and voids any and all warranty…
All knives are cutting tools, Please dont try and use your knife as a screwdriver and a hammer or pry bar… Then wonder why this knife BROKE! or you cut yourself?? !! ?? (Common sense goes a long way when using a knife! ![]()
All that being said, If you ever have a problem with your knife, contact me. I’m a reasonable guy and customer satisfaction is a priority for us at HHH .. If its fixable, we will do whatever is needed, we’ll either repair it or replace it.
In the event you buy one of my knives and are not completely satisfied, contact me within 24 hrs of receiving the knife. Send it back in the same condition as when it was received, after its returned, and inspected. I will refund your original purchase price.
The exception to this rule…. If I make you a knife that is say pink and purple, or you ask for a custom inlay or engraving that is very specific, job related, club logo, initials or name.. etc… This has NEVER happened, but in the event it does, I will, at that point determine the refund amout based on the “value” of the knife.
Making and owning a custom knife is FUN! I love what I do.. And my customers!
These terms are just guidelines. All are subject to change or if need be I will adopt new ones.
